DELIVERY
We would like you to shop as you would in any store. Which means, no need to add extra costs for postage & packaging.
We aim to deliver within 1-4 days, depending on availability - and post permitting!
RETURNS
We trust you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However,
should you wish to return any item, we offer a full refund on products
returned within 14 days of receipt.
Products should be returned in their original packaging. Customers returning goods will have to cover postage costs.
MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS
Once your order is placed you will receive an email to advise you of a
despatch date and expected delivery date. Please do contact us should
you have any concerns regarding your order at mail@soulwater.co.uk
With regret, soul water will not be responsible for missing or damaged goods once a delivery date has been confirmed.
SOLD OUT ITEMS
We hold plenty of stock however, occasionally a product may sell out.
In the unlikely event of an item becoming sold out, having just placed
your order, we will inform you immediately via email. You will be
offered a full refund or you may choose to wait (no more than) 28 days
for delivery - we'll even pop in a complimentary card of our choice to
thank you for your patience!
